Coaching Program Options

  • Best when you have a clear focus such as promotion, a key career decision or an immediate change at work.

    Typical structure:

    Session 1 – Compass
    Current reality, values and goals. Wheel of Work, simple strengths snapshot, agreement on focus and outcomes.

    Session 2 – Origins
    Career journey map, highs and lows, stories and patterns. Introduction to cognitive behavioural techniques to work with stuck beliefs.

    Session 3 – Horizon
    Future journey mapping, visualisation and next chapter options. Clarify what “good” looks like over the next 12 to 24 months.

    Session 4 – JourneyKit
    Strengths and resources. Positive psychology or strengths survey debrief, force field analysis on one key change, supports and rituals.

    Session 5 – Application and hot topic
    Apply the tools to one live issue. For example an interview, board presentation, end of year review, or a difficult conversation.

    Session 6 – Integration and roadmap
    Pull the work together into a 60 to 90 day roadmap. Review progress, learning and next steps. Agree whether to continue with ongoing coaching.

    Phase 1 – Compass
    Two sessions to map your current role, context, energy and values in depth. You get a clear, honest baseline.

    Phase 2 – Origins
    Two to three sessions to trace your career story and patterns. We use cognitive behavioural coaching to challenge beliefs that keep you stuck.

    Phase 3 – Horizon
    Two sessions to explore future scenarios, design your “next chapter” and test different options in a low risk way.

    Phase 4 – JourneyKit
    Two sessions to build your personal toolkit. Strengths, practices, boundaries, supports and learning plan.

    Phase 5 – Path and integration
    Three to four sessions focused on live situations. Interviews, promotion cycles, acquisitions, team changes, high stakes meetings. We apply the framework in real time and refine your roadmap as you go.
