Who is your coaching for?

I coach across multiple industries and specialise coaching senior tech and product leaders navigating a career crossroads, redundancy, promotion, AI disruption, or a leadership transition. Most clients are based in Ireland, though I also work remotely with people further afield.

I mentor senior ICs, Heads, and Directors of Product Design, Product Management and UX on leadership transitions, team growth, AI process and design maturity, drawing on 20+ years leading design and product teams at Contentful, Verizon, Fleetmatics, HMH and others.

What does coaching cost?

Sessions are 1 hour and cost 150 euro. Get in touch for a free 30 min introductory call to talk through what you need and find the right coach before committing to anything.

How does coaching work?

We start with a free discovery call to see if it's a good fit. From there, most clients meet for 60-minute sessions every 1 to 2 weeks, in person or online.
